We offer programs for children as young as 6 months old (parent-and-child classes). Independent lessons typically start at age 3, but this can vary based on the child's comfort level and development. Our instructors can assess your child and recommend the most appropriate program.
It's never too late to learn! We have specialized adult beginner programs designed specifically for those learning later in life. Our instructors are experienced in addressing adult-specific fears and learning patterns. Many of our adult students go from complete beginners to confident swimmers within a few months.
You should bring a swimsuit, towel, swim cap (required for long hair), goggles, and flip-flops or pool shoes. We provide all training equipment such as kickboards, pull buoys, and flotation devices. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during training.
For optimal progress, we recommend attending lessons 2-3 times per week. Consistent practice is key to developing muscle memory and building water confidence. However, we understand everyone has different schedules, so we offer flexible options from once weekly to intensive daily programs.
Yes, we offer private one-on-one lessons for students of all ages and abilities. Private lessons are ideal for those who prefer individualized attention, have specific goals, or need flexible scheduling. We also offer semi-private lessons for 2-3 students who want to learn together.
